Ellie Yang is the Operations Manager of Lupi & Associates where she oversees and manages the full range of operations of the firm including administrative, accounting, human resources, marketing, information technology, intelligence, logistics, business development, and office management affairs.
Prior to joining Lupi & Associates, Ellie worked as an administrative assistant with gaming concessionaire SJM where she assisted with the food and beverage operations of the Grand Lisboa Palace property including supply chains and warehouse management and the opening of several of its signature and casual restaurants and flagship outlets.
Previously, Ellie founded and managed the Cascara Espresso Bar in Macau and worked as a sales assistant with gaming concessionaire MGM in its MGM Cotai property.
Ellie Yang is a Bachelor of Hotel Management with the Institute of Tourism Studies of Macau.
She is fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
