Gina Wong is a Paralegal with Lupi & Associates.
Her practice is focused on banking and finance, corporate, commercial and mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets, insurance, compliance, regulatory and intellectual property (IP) matters, where she assists the lawyers and clients of the team in a wide range of sectors, including financial services, fintech and digital economy, gambling and gaming, consumer and retail, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, projects and infrastructure, resources, energy and mining, and telecom, media entertainment and technology.
Before joining Lupi & Associates, Gina worked with a Portuguese IP and corporate service provider handling company incorporation procedures and registration of trademarks, in which she has significant experience. She also worked with the Institute for Municipal Affairs of the Macau Special Administrative Region (I.A.M.), assisting the specialized inspection and supervision team. Previously, Gina focused her studies on the basic law of Macau, its gambling law and the right to a fair trial.
Gina Wong is a Master in Civil Law and Intellectual Property candidate with the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from the Faculty of Law of the School of Lisbon of the Catholic University of Portugal, and an Advanced Portuguese Language Course from the University of Lisbon in Portugal.
Gina Wong is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese and English.
