Josefina Ng Ut Teng is a Paralegal with Lupi & Associates.
Her practice is focused on banking and finance, civil, commercial and criminal litigation proceedings, corporate and commercial and intellectual property matters, where she assists the team‘s lawyers and clients on a broad range of sectors, including financial services, betting and gaming, real estate, government and public, health and pharmaceuticals, media entertainment and technology, and resources energy and mining.
Josefina also has experienced in notary and conveyancing, intellectual property, company incorporation procedures and commercial arrangements, licensing, and industry compliance matters. Before joining Lupi & Associates, she worked as a legal assistant with a local law firm in Macau, where she acquired a broad knowledge of several aspects of civil and criminal procedural laws and local commercial matters.
Josefina Ng Ut Teng holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau. She also holds a London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Level 1, 2, 3 Bookkeeping and Accounting (VRQ) Certification from Pearson Education.
Josefina is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese and English.
